Deborah Varao-Martin

Deborah Varao-Martin is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in human resources and leadership development, currently serving as Vice President of People Operations at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts since October 2009. Prior roles at the organization include Senior Director of Learning & Leadership Development and Senior Manager of Performance Consulting. Deborah started with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts in 2000, holding the position of Senior Manager for Corporate HR Programs and Leadership Development until 2008.
