Elizabeth (Liz) Smollett has extensive experience in quality assurance and customer service management, currently serving as the Senior Program Manager of Quality Assurance at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts since October 2006. In this role, Liz leads a QA program with 20 Performance Coaches, focusing on enhancing the performance of frontline customer service teams across various business areas, including Member Service, Provider Service, Appeals & Grievances, and Employee Service. Prior to this position, Liz held several managerial roles within the company, including Manager II of the Quality Program and Manager of Member Service Delivery. Liz's career began at Lasell College-Hollway Child Study Center as an Assistant Program and Lead Teacher. Liz earned a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, Criminal Justice, and Psychology from Norwich University.
