Jennifer Stewart

Jennifer Stewart has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Jennifer started their career as a Student at Law at Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP, where they worked on privacy compliance and technology acquisition projects. Jennifer then joined Bingham LLP as an Attorney, handling complex commercial litigation, white collar criminal matters, internal investigations, and regulatory compliance. At Cooley LLP, Jennifer served as an Attorney, representing public and private companies in various legal actions and providing regulatory and compliance advice. Jennifer then transitioned to Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, first as an Assistant General Counsel and later as an Associate General Counsel, overseeing employment law matters, ERISA litigation, and managing legal work for the Massachusetts ACA health insurance exchange. Jennifer'smost recent role at Blue Cross involved leading the Special Investigation Unit, managing a large team and being responsible for fraud prevention and investigation strategies.
