Julie Georgoulis

Julie Georgoulis serves as the Fraud Investigation and Prevention Senior Program Manager at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts since January 2016, overseeing a team focused on identifying and developing cases related to fraud, waste, and abuse across various products. Responsibilities include contributing to fraud management strategies, developing a Pre-Payment Program, managing pharmaceutical and device manufacturing litigation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design new fraud programs. Prior experience at Tufts Health Plan from 1991 to January 2016 involved multiple roles such as Manager of the Fraud Prevention and Recovery Unit and Supervisor of the Special Investigative Unit, with a focus on investigations and recovery of fraud and abuse. Julie holds a BS in Management from Bentley University.
