Kapil Pahuja

Kapil Pahuja has a diverse work experience history. Kapil started their career at Amway as a Data Warehouse Developer from 2010 to 2013. Kapil then joined Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts where they held various roles including Senior ETL Developer from 2013 to 2016, Solution Architect from 2016 to 2020, Product Owner and Solution Architect from 2019 to 2020, Sr. Manager of Data Engineering and Solution Architecture from 2020 to 2023, and currently serves as Director of Engineering and Tech Delivery since 2023.

Kapil Pahuja's education history begins in 2008 when they attended Wright State University and earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Engineering, which they completed in 2010. In 2017, they enrolled at the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Strategy and Innovation. Kapil is expected to complete this program in 2023.

In addition to their formal education, Kapil Pahuja has also obtained several certifications. In December 2020, they obtained a certification in Business Analytics: From Data to Insights from Emeritus.
