Karen Mastrianni

Karen Mastrianni has over 30 years of work experience in various roles within the healthcare and financial industries. Karen has held leadership positions at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, where they developed and managed commercial product portfolios, directed health exchange solutions, and oversaw commercial product management. Prior to that, they worked at Elevance Health as a senior product manager, focusing on consumer directed healthcare offerings. Before that, they held a director role at BNY Mellon and Wachovia Securities, where they developed call center technology and sold mutual fund wrap products, respectively. Earlier in their career, they served as a vice president at Deustsch Bank, leading a team focused on 401(k) technology, and worked as a senior mutual fund portfolio analyst at State Street Bank and Trust Company.

Karen Mastrianni has pursued various educational programs throughout their career. Karen attended Bentley University, where they completed an MBA in Business Administration and Management. Additionally, Karen also participated in the Women's Executive Leadership Program at Bentley University. Karen later enrolled in the Strategic Leadership Program at Northeastern University. Karen's educational journey began at the University of New Hampshire, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
