Michelle C. has a diverse work experience in healthcare, specifically in the fields of clinical management, population health, and pharmacy. Michelle started their career as a Registered Pharmacist at Brooks Pharmacy in August 2004 and then moved on to become a Pharmacy Manager/Registered Pharmacist at Target in February 2005. In February 2007, Michelle joined Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts as a Clinical Pharmacist and later progressed to the role of Manager, Alternative Quality Contract (AQC) Support & Improvement in March 2012. Michelle C. earned their Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from Northeastern University, Bouvé College of Health Sciences, where they studied from 1998 to 2004. Afterward, they pursued a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in Health Care Management and Policy at Harvard University, School of Public Health, from 2009 to 2011. In addition to their academic achievements, Michelle has obtained the certification of Registered Pharmacist from the Massachusetts Board of Pharmacy in July 2004 and the certification of Certified Health Insurance Executive from AHIP (America's Health Insurance Plans) in June 2023.
