Kim Arnold

Kim Arnold is senior director of marketing and communications at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska. In her role, she leads the company’s marketing and internal and external communications teams.

Arnold began her career at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska more than 34 years ago as a marketing communications specialist. An accredited member of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC), she has held a variety of leadership roles in the professional development organization at the local, regional and international levels.

Arnold earned her bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
