Billie Scribner

Billie Scribner is an experienced Registered Nurse currently serving as an RN Episodic Care Manager at Blue Cross NC since September 2023. From September 2017 to October 2023, Billie held the role of RN MDSC / Unit Manager at Belaire Health Care Center, Inc., where responsibilities included scheduling staff for MDS assessments and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
