Jennifer Tea

Jennifer Tea, SPHR, currently serves as the VP of People Analytics & HR Technology at Blue Cross NC. Prior to this role, Jennifer held the position of Director and Head of People Analytics, as well as Director of HR Services within the same organization. Additionally, Jennifer has occupied various leadership positions at The Castleton Group. Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from North Carolina State University - College of Management.
