Jessi Hawkins

Jessi Hawkins, MSN, RN, CCM, currently serves as the Manager of Value Based Care Consulting and Solutions at Blue Cross NC, leading a team focused on engaging with Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs) in value-based contracts, supporting over 800,000 members and achieving substantial cost savings. Hawkins has a robust background in healthcare strategy, having previously acted as a Senior Strategic Advisor, where strategic initiatives related to value-based arrangements were implemented and data-driven insights were shared to enhance medical expense savings and quality outcomes. Prior experience includes serving as Team Lead in Medical Case Management and RN Case Manager, where education, compliance, and relationship-building were key responsibilities. Educationally, Hawkins holds a Master’s degree in Nursing Informatics and a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing, complemented by studies in Spanish Language and Literature.
