Jessica Stokes

Jessica Stokes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project and program management, particularly within faith-based initiatives. Currently serving as Principal Project/Program Manager at Blue Cross NC since July 2023, Jessica previously held positions at Partners in Health and Wholeness, where responsibilities included managing over $2.5 million in grant projects and establishing regional networks in North Carolina. As Executive Director at The Common Ministry at Washington State University, Jessica led initiatives focused on social justice and interfaith engagement. Early career experience includes providing spiritual care as a Chaplain Resident at New Hanover Regional Medical Center. Educational credentials include a Master of Divinity from Wake Forest University School of Divinity and a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Psychology and Religion from Averett University.
