Kavitha Aremanda has extensive experience in the healthcare and data analytics sectors, currently serving as a Senior Decision Support Consultant in Actuarial Services at Blue Cross NC since 2013. Previously at Blue Cross NC, Kavitha held roles as a Senior Data Integration Analyst, Enterprise Business Analyst, and Lead Quality Assurance Analyst. Prior to this, Kavitha worked at Cysphere from 2007 to 2013 as a Business, Quality & Systems Analyst, and earlier served as a Dental Surgeon and Managing Partner at Hyderabad Nursing Home in India from 1999 to 2005. Kavitha holds a Master’s Degree in Health Services Administration and IT from Strayer University and a Bachelor's Of Dental Surgery from Bangalore University.
