Lawrence Roufail

Lawrence Roufail is an experienced professional in strategic sourcing and supplier diversity, currently serving as the Director of Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Diversity at Blue Cross NC since January 2004. Over the years, Lawrence has held several key positions within the organization, including Director of Category Management and Principal of IT Vendor Management, showcasing a strong background in vendor management and technology sourcing. Prior to Blue Cross NC, Lawrence founded Beach House Software, LLC, achieving significant success with mobile applications, and served as Vice President of Application Development at Picasso Software, where revenue growth soared under leadership.
