Lucas Mahabir

Lucas Mahabir, MBA, MHA, is a strategic advisor at Blue Cross NC, specializing in strategy and new ventures within planning and performance since January 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a project manager at MUSC Health, where Lucas oversaw a $210 million banking transition and managed various initiatives related to digital transformation, payroll analysis, and ERP implementation. Lucas has also gained experience as an administrative fellow at MUSC, a research intern at The Institute for Public Policy & Economic Development, and as a computer technician and research assistant in various organizations. Educational background includes a dual MBA and MHA from the University of Scranton and a BA in Psychology from Temple University.
