Melanie Williams

Melanie Williams currently serves as a Principal IT System Release Analyst at Blue Cross NC since October 2023. Prior to this role, Melanie held various positions at The Clearing House from May 2017 to October 2023, including Director of Client Services, Director of Access Management, Director of Service Transition, Service Integration Manager, and Release Engineer. Earlier in Melanie's career, experience included positions at IBM from June 1999 to September 2013 as a Project Manager and Application Developer, and at PepsiCo as an Application Developer from August 1996 to May 1999. Melanie earned an Associate's degree in Business Computer Programming from Forsyth Technical Community College between 1992 and 1994.
