Patricia Gartner

Patricia Gartner is an experienced professional in the jewelry design industry, currently serving as the Lead Retail Sales Specialist at Blue Cross NC since September 2022, where the focus is on connecting clients with jewelry that tells their unique stories. Patricia has been a Jewelry Designer for Cielonegrelli since April 2012, offering design instructions, and also operates as a freelance designer specializing in silver and gold smiting for custom jewelry with Cielo Negrelli since January 2000. Previous teaching experience includes roles as a Spanish Teacher at Carmel Middle School and Sugar Creek Charter School, and as a Substitute Teacher with Dumont Board of Education. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Applied Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University, a Graduate Gemologist and Accredited Jewelry Professional designation from GIA, and an Associate of Applied Science in Jewelry Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology. Additionally, experience as a Diamond Grader at the International Gemological Institute and as a Jewelry Designer at GIA has contributed to a comprehensive background in jewelry design and education.
