Sophie McMillian

Sophie McMillian is a seasoned professional in community investment, diversity, equity, and inclusion, currently serving as the Senior Community and Diversity Program Manager at Blue Cross NC since January 2018. Responsibilities include overseeing significant investments in health equity, developing capacity-building programs for nonprofits serving communities of color, and enhancing employee engagement through innovative initiatives.
