Bill Breskin

Bill Breskin has a robust background in law and government programs, culminating in a long tenure at the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association (BCBSA) where service spanned from May 1995 until retirement in January 2023, ultimately holding the position of Senior Vice President of Government Programs.
