Carson Wereley

Carson Wereley is an accomplished professional in infrastructure and information security portfolio management, currently serving as the Director of Infrastructure & Information Security Portfolio Management at Blue Cross Blue Shield Association since May 2025. Carson has extensive experience, having held multiple leadership roles at Tenneco from July 2017 to May 2025, including Director of IT PMO and Director of Information Security Portfolio Management. Prior experience includes positions such as Senior Manager of Cybersecurity Design Engineering at Baxter International Inc. and Senior Manager of Cybersecurity Solutions Engineering at Health Care Service Corporation. Carson's career began at Deloitte as a Senior Project Manager, followed by significant project management roles at Health Care Service Corporation and MCI. Carson holds a Master of Science in Business Information Technology from DePaul University and two Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Information Systems and Information Technology from Western New England University.
