Ibrahim Hannoun

Ibrahim Hannoun has extensive experience in the field of quality assurance and software testing. Ibrahim began their career in 1994 as a System Engineer at FuTech Computer Systems, where they worked for a year. Ibrahim then joined FMA Enterprise as a System Engineer and later transitioned to Computer Software Solutions and Networking (CSSN) as the Vice President of Software Quality Assurance. In 1998, Ibrahim joined Spherion as a Senior Quality Assurance-Team Lead and continued in this role until 2000. Ibrahim then joined Sears & Roebuck as a Senior Software Quality Assurance Analyst and worked there until 2001. Currently, Ibrahim is serving as the Product Verification (Quality Assurance) - Team Lead at BlueCross BlueShield Association since 2001. Throughout their career, Ibrahim has demonstrated their expertise in quality assurance and has proven their leadership skills in various roles.

Ibrahim Hannoun has a diverse education history that spans various fields and levels of study. Ibrahim obtained a Diploma in Civil Engineering from Amman Polytechnic between the years 1979 and 1982. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Computer Science at the Illinois Institute of Technology from 1989 to 1992. In 2008, they enrolled at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, where they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in 2012.
