Jessica Rumschlag is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in governance, compliance, and legal operations within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as a Senior Governance Consultant at Blue Cross Blue Shield Association since March 2024, Jessica previously held positions at Surgalign, where responsibilities included managing corporate governance processes, drafting contracts, and ensuring compliance with federal regulations. Before this, Jessica worked as a Program Coordinator at Care New England, developing strategic initiatives for residency programs, and as an Executive Secretary, supporting educational leadership in maintaining accreditation compliance. Complementing this experience, Jessica's early career included roles in library science and education.
