Joel Shellabarger

Joel Shellabarger is a Senior Cloud Developer at Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, with experience in developing CI/CD pipelines and deploying environments using Infrastructure as Code. Joel has also worked as a Systems Analyst at UST Global, a Senior Developer at T-Mobile, a DevOps Engineer at KPMG and Anthem, Inc., a Software Engineer at Revature, and in various other roles. Joel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Informatics from Indiana University Bloomington.
