Kelvin Threat

Kelvin Threat is an experienced Information Technology Specialist currently employed with SAIC since August 2013, focusing on the Pension Benefits Guaranty Corporation. In addition, Kelvin has been serving as an FEP IT Support Systems Engineer at Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association since January 2013.
