Lisa M. Johnson

Lisa M. Johnson brings over 20 years of experience in organizational development, corporate communications, and public relations. Currently serving as the Director of Organizational Development for the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association since October 2006, Lisa has held various positions within the organization, including Manager of Organizational Development and Corporate Social Responsibility, as well as Senior and Associate Consultant roles in Corporate Communications. Prior experience includes serving as Public Relations Manager at Allscripts and as a Reporter/Anchor at NBC 7/4 News WTOM/WPBN. Lisa began her career as a News Reporter at WBKB-TV 11. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications, Information & Media from Ball State University, earned in 2000.
