Trevor Current

Trevor Current is a Legal Counsel with experience in litigation. Prior to their current position at Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, Trevor worked as an Associate Attorney at Costello Ginex & Wideikis, PC. Trevor also served as an Assistant State’s Attorney at both Lake County and Winnebago County State's Attorney's Office, handling cases related to domestic violence, misdemeanors, and traffic violations. Their legal journey began as a Law Student Intern at Cook County Public Defender and continued with various roles including a Law Clerk at Willens Law Offices. Trevor holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Eastern Illinois University.
