Cecilia Espinoza

Cecilia Espinoza is a professional with a diverse background in communication, marketing, and social media engagement. Currently serving as a Medicare Materials Production Specialist at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona since March 2022, Cecilia previously worked as a Social Media Specialist in the Elections Department of Maricopa County and held various roles at Matrix Medical Network, Comcast, and Camino PR, where responsibilities included member engagement, social media strategy, and media research. Cecilia earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies, as well as Italian Studies, from the University of Arizona between 2011 and 2014.
