Colette Severns

Colette Severns has extensive experience in client management within the healthcare insurance industry, currently serving as a Client Implementation Manager at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona since September 2007. In this role, Colette manages the on-boarding process for large and mid-market clients, ensuring that benefit specifications and administrative processes meet client needs while developing detailed project plans. Prior to this, Colette held the position of Client Service Manager for the Large Group Market at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona, where the focus was on maintaining strong relationships with public and private sector employer groups. Colette’s earlier experience includes roles as a Senior Account Service Manager and Associate Internal Auditor at Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield from 1998 to 2007. Colette earned a degree from Waynesburg University between 1998 and 2004.
