Forrest Tatum

Forrest Tatum, CPHQ, CSSBB (ASQ), currently serves as the Director of Quality Management and Performance Improvement at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona since May 2022, and holds the position of Senior Director of Quality Management at Health Choice since January 2020. Previous roles include Director of Quality Management at Health Choice Integrated Care and Quality Performance Director at Northern Arizona Regional Behavioral Health Authority, among others. Forrest has extensive experience in developing and implementing quality management programs, performance improvement processes, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Arizona and a Master's in Counseling, Clinical Psychology from the University of Phoenix.
