Genaro Clavecilla is an experienced HR professional with a background in human resources information systems and technical coordination. Currently serving as an HRIS Analyst and previously as an HR Technical Coordinator at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona since December 2019, Genaro has also held roles as a Human Resources Coordinator at Solera Health and a Talent Finder at Tech Finders, a Scottsdale-based technical recruiting company specializing in local Arizona talent.
