Jenae Plourde, MPH, CPHQ, has a wealth of experience in quality management and population health across various healthcare organizations. Currently serving as the Regional Leader of Quality Operations at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona, Jenae is dedicated to ensuring the best health plan experience for members by driving excellence in health plan quality and performance. Prior to their current role, Jenae held leadership positions at Change Healthcare, Kaiser Permanente, Outcomes Health Information Solutions, Great-West Healthcare (now Cigna), Community Health Plan, and Colorado Access, where Jenae honed their skills in quality management and health improvement.
