Kathy Ronspiez

Kathy Ronspiez has significant work experience in various technical and analytical roles. Kathy has been working at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona since 2015, starting as a Systems Analyst III and progressing to their current role as Lead Technical Analyst. Prior to that, Kathy worked at Signature Consultants as a Business Analyst and at Omnicare Inc. as a Sr. System Analyst and Implementation/Support Analyst. Kathy also has experience as a Data Warehouse Analyst at Cingery Corporation and as an Adjunct Faculty at Maricopa County Community Colleges. Kathy has a strong background in Agile methodology, technical analysis, and mentoring.

Kathy Ronspiez completed their Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Business Administration at Elgin Community College from 1990 to 1993. Kathy then pursued a Bachelor's of Science degree in Information Technology at Western International University from 1996 to 1998.
