Kristen Kautz

Kristen Kautz is a seasoned audit professional with extensive experience in internal auditing and financial oversight. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Internal Audit at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona since March 2014, Kristen has held various roles including Senior Internal Auditor and ERM Analyst. Prior to this, Kristen spent over a decade at TriWest Healthcare Alliance, where responsibilities included managing government accounting and leading quality audit initiatives, achieving a top rating for internal audit effectiveness. Kristen's earlier career includes positions as Internal Auditor at Northwestern Memorial Hospital and various auditing roles at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Western Illinois University.
