Lauren Fofanova

Lauren Fofanova has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Lauren started their career as a Licensed Therapist at Continuum Healthcare, LLC in 2008 and later served as the Director of Outpatient Services. Lauren then worked as a Clinical Psychotherapist at Beacon Mental Health and Social Services before joining AccessHealth Community Health Center as an Integrated Care Manager in 2015. In 2017, they joined Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona as the Director of Integrated Healthcare Development, where they were responsible for developing initiatives to advance the integration of behavioral and physical healthcare for Health Choice Arizona members with Serious Mental Illness. Lauren also managed various programs, supervised a team, and led the implementation of Disease Management Programs. Lauren created a training series to increase the knowledge of behavioral health case managers in dealing with physical health conditions faced by individuals with Serious Mental Illness.

Lauren Fofanova completed their Bachelor's degree in Biology, Catholic Studies, and Theology at the University of St. Thomas (TX) from 1999 to 2003. Lauren later pursued a Master's degree in Social Work at the University of Houston from 2005 to 2007.
