Molly O'Neill

Molly O'Neill, PCC, has extensive experience in coaching, communication, and education across various sectors. Currently serving in Provider Communication & Education at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona since November 2013, Molly focuses on provider communication initiatives, content development, and educational webinars. As the CEO/Owner of Prosperity Bridge, Inc., since 2005, Molly emphasizes leadership, emotional intelligence, and strategic planning in coaching and consulting. Additionally, Molly has been a Coach Mentor and Facilitator for ICF-accredited training since 2009 at Adler Learning-USA. Previous roles include Senior Consultant and Executive Coach at Levin Group, Inc., and Professional Coach at PowerSystems, Inc. from 2007 to 2009. Early career experience includes management and production roles at SYDA Foundation from 1992 to 2005. Molly holds an ACPC in Professional Coaching from Adler Graduate Professional School and a BA from Central Michigan University.
