Ray Hoff has extensive work experience in the technology and architecture field. Ray has held various roles in different companies, showcasing their expertise in managing and driving innovation in technology architecture.

From 2019 to present, Ray has been working as the Director/Chief Architect of Technology & Innovation at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona.

Prior to that, from 2016 to 2019, Ray worked at Honeywell as the Senior Director & Chief Technology Architect, where they were responsible for leading the end-to-end architecture for applications and infrastructure transformation.

From 2011 to 2016, Ray served as the Chief Technology Architect at Motorola Solutions, where they played a key role in aligning EA reference architecture with business program initiatives.

Before that, Ray worked at Motorola, Inc. in various positions. From 2008 to 2010, they served as the Principal Enterprise Architect, focusing on IT strategy for the creation of Motorola Mobility and Motorola Solutions. From 2002 to 2008, Ray was an E-Business Technology Architect, responsible for defining computing infrastructure standards and strategies. Prior to that, they held roles as a Senior IT Architect and Senior Systems Programmer, where they designed applications and supported mainframe and distributed systems.

Ray later pursued an MBA with a focus on International Business at the W. P. Carey School of Business - Arizona State University, graduating in 2007.
