Richard Livingston

Richard Livingston is an experienced IT leader currently serving as Staff VP of IT Infrastructure and Digital Applications at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona since April 2021, overseeing a wide range of technology sectors including datacenter, cloud, and security platforms. Prior to this role, Richard held various senior leadership positions at Honeywell from 2003 to 2021, where responsibilities included leading global IT infrastructure initiatives, managing enterprise computing strategies, and overseeing significant transformation efforts across technology, culture, and processes. Richard began the career as a Senior Systems Analyst at Sonata Software, with foundational education that includes an MBA from Bharathidasan Institute of Management and a B.Tech from Anna University Chennai.
