Cilla Eklund

Cilla Eklund is an accomplished eCommerce professional with extensive experience in driving digital growth and profitability across various industries. Currently serving as Ecommerce Director at Stockmann since April 2023, Cilla leads a team of 17, overseeing the development of omnichannel business strategies in Finland and the Baltics while managing overall P&L and customer experience. Previously, as eCommerce Sales Lead at Stockmann, Cilla headed a team of 12, focusing on sales optimization and customer journey enhancement. Cilla co-founded BEdesign, a luxury design brand with a presence in over 15 countries, and held multiple positions at The Estée Lauder Companies, where responsibilities ranged from Nordic E-commerce Manager for MAC Cosmetics to various PR and marketing roles. Cilla's educational background includes a CEMS Master's in International Management from HEC Paris and a M.Sc. in Strategic Market Creation from Copenhagen Business School.
