Sherie Hogston

Sherie Hogston has had a diverse work experience. Sherie started their career as a Colonel in the US Army from 1982 to 2005. After retiring from the army, they held the position of Director of Surgical Services at SunHealth from 2005 to 2007. Sherie then worked at UnitedHealth Group as a Manager of Case Management from 2011 to 2015. Following that, they briefly worked at Conifer Health Solutions as a Manager of Care Coordination in 2015. Sherie further advanced their career at OptumCare as a Manager of Case Management from 2015 to 2017. Currently, Sherie is working as a Clinical Lead for Medical Appeals and Grievances at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona, a position they have held since 2017.

Sherie Hogston has a Master of Science degree in Primary Care--Family Nurse Practitioner from Georgetown University. Sherie also holds a Master of Science degree in Administration from Central Michigan University. Furthermore, Sherie has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from the same institution.
