Troy Alexander

Troy Alexander is an experienced Workforce Management Analyst with a robust background in forecasting, service level optimization, scheduling, and reporting. Currently employed at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona since June 2022, Troy previously held similar positions at Prudential Financial and Allstate Benefits. Earlier in the career, Troy served as an Operations Analyst at Fidelity Investments, where responsibilities included servicing and placing trades for clients and acting as a liaison for registration with FINRA. Troy holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance and a BBA in Finance, both from the University of North Florida.
