With a background in IT and testing, Arif has extensive experience working at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan as an IT Team Lead II and Program Test Manager. Arif has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan-Dearborn and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from American International University-Bangladesh.
