Gopala Molakaluri

Gopala Molakaluri is an experienced technology professional with a career spanning over two decades. Since December 2005, Gopala has held various positions at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, currently serving as Director II of Enterprise Technology Strategy & Planning, and previously as Director of Digitization, IT Architect Principal, and Senior Manager Digital Experience, focusing on AI, chatbots, and mobile applications. Key responsibilities include digital experience program delivery, implementation of the Unified Member Portal, and mobile application strategy. Prior to this, Gopala worked at gedas as Lead Infrastructure & Middleware Architect. Gopala holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, earned in 1999.
