Kevin Monaghan serves as the Principal IT Architect (Director) for Enterprise Technology Strategy & Services at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan since July 2005, focusing on the creation and implementation of enterprise integration strategies, leading initiatives in APIs, data/event streaming, event-driven architecture, interoperability, and cloud computing, while supporting corporate migration towards AI/ML.
