Lori Wynsma

Lori Wynsma has an extensive background in workforce management and forecasting. Lori has held various managerial positions in companies such as Credit Acceptance, IBM, and SITEL Corporation. Currently, Lori serves as a Senior Business System Analyst at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, where Lori leads the implementation of NCompass (Pega) and is responsible for delivering a new customer service desktop to Member and Provider service reps. Additionally, Lori also holds the title of Technology Manager.
