Marsha Ennis

Marsha Ennis is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in health plan business strategy and economic development. Currently serving as Director II of Market Solutions Strategy and Performance at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan since October 2010, Marsha leads strategic planning and business operations for commercial market solutions. Previous roles include Director of Health Plan Business Strategy Execution and Director of Product Strategy and Portfolio Management, contributing significantly to both the commercialization of high-priority initiatives and the development of the individual market segment. Marsha also held leadership positions at Arts & Scraps and the Detroit Region Aerotropolis Development Corporation, where foundational leadership was provided for economic development initiatives. Marsha's career began at DTE Energy, followed by tenure as a Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton. Educational background includes an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BS in Economics from The Wharton School.
