Nishad Tupe

Nishad Tupe is an accomplished data engineering and analytics professional with extensive experience in designing and optimizing data solutions across various industries. Currently serving as Principal Architect and Director for Enterprise Data Platform and Analytics at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan since November 2022, Nishad previously held the role of Principal Data Solutions Architect at CDPHP, where significant contributions included developing an ETL pipeline and a self-service BI analytics solution to enhance medical data processing. Prior experience includes leadership positions at AAA Life Insurance Company and Birlasoft, as well as engineering roles at KPIT, IBM India, Wipro Consulting, and CDSL. Nishad holds a Master's degree in Data Science from Indiana University Bloomington, a Data Engineer Nanodegree from Udacity, and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics from Sardar Patel College of Engineering in Mumbai.
