William Serlin

William Serlin has extensive experience in the healthcare and IT sectors, currently serving as a Senior Health Care Analyst and having held various roles, including Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan since April 2006. Previously, William was a Senior Consultant at Youngsoft Inc from April 2004 to April 2006, and worked as a Senior Consultant at Sogeti from June 1998 to April 2004. William holds a Master's Degree in Information Systems and Technology from the University of Michigan-Dearborn, attained between 2003 and 2006, and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the same institution, completed in 1998.
