Aj McDougall

AJ McDougall serves as the Chief Strategy Officer and Senior Vice President of Marketing, Communications, and Customer Experience at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota since September 2019, focusing on strategy, innovation, and customer experience. Prior to this role, AJ held multiple positions at Best Buy from 2006 to 2019, including Vice President of the Strategic Health Office and Senior Director of various departments. Earlier experience includes leadership roles at Onvoy and Qwest Communications, in areas such as business development, national services, and strategic alliances. AJ McDougall holds a Master of Science in Applied and Computational Mathematics/Actuarial Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
