Greg Videen

Greg Videen has over two decades of experience in the IT sector, currently serving as the Manager of Desktop Support and Desktop Engineering at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota since July 2012. Prior roles include Manager of Service Desk & Unified Fulfillment and Software Developer Sr. at ServiceNow in 2016. Greg's early career features positions such as Technical Analyst/Developer at Fruition Partners and various roles at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota, including ITIL Service Catalog Administrator Sr. and IT Business Relationship Manager. Greg gained initial IT experience at Qwest Communications from 1999 to 2001. Educationally, Greg graduated from Simley High School between 1993 and 1996.
