Jessica Dawson

Jessica Dawson has a diverse work experience, starting in 2002 when they worked as a Data Entry Operator at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota. Jessica then worked their way up within the company, taking on roles such as Claims Examiner, Claims Examiner II, and Claims Examiner III. From there, they transitioned into the role of Technical Specialist-Claims and later became a Benefit Setup Specialist. In 2011, they became an Associate Operations Business Analyst, followed by a promotion to Operations Business Analyst in 2012. By 2013, Jessica was a Senior Business Integration Analyst, and in 2015 they assumed the position of Principal Operations Business Analyst. Additionally, in 2007, they worked as a Night Operator - Operations at BankCherokee.

Jessica Dawson received their Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Normandale Community College, completing their studies from 2022 to 2024.
